英国品牌评估机构“品牌金融”最新发布的“2023沙特、阿联酋、卡塔尔、科威特中东四国品牌价值10强”榜单显示，沙特阿美、阿布扎比国家石油公司、卡塔尔国家银行和科威特国家石油公司分别以品牌价值452.27亿美元、142.09亿美元、76.66亿美元以及41.50亿美元位居四国榜单榜首。
不难发现，在此次公布的中东四国品牌价值榜单首位中，有三家涉及石油和燃气领域。
去年，受地缘政治冲突持续影响，全球能源市场被扰乱，石油和天然气价格大幅上涨，在此背景下，各大石油公司纷纷提高了石油和天然气产量，以满足日益增长的石油需求，自身也是收获满满。国际能源署署长法提赫·比罗尔（Fatih Birol）日前在参加行业会议时曾表示，2022年全球石油和天然气行业的总利润已从近年来的平均1.5万亿美元飙升至近4万亿美元。
2023年全球原油需求仍将保持增长，但同时也伴随着市场的诸多不确定性。各大石油巨头能否继续去年的辉煌业绩，还需日后见分晓。

Aramco signs letter of intent with Geely and Renault Group for new powertrain company
沙特阿美签署了一份意向书，将成为吉利控股集团（“吉利控股”）、吉利汽车控股有限公司（以下统称“吉利”）与雷诺集团合资的新动力总成公司潜在少数股东。
Aramco has signed a letter of intent to become a potential minority stakeholder in a new powertrain technology company (PWT), to be established by Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding), Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Geely Auto) — collectively referred to as “Geely” — and Renault Group.
据介绍，新公司将聚焦燃油发动机和混合动力总成技术。
The new company will be dedicated to internal combustion and hybrid powertrain technologies.
沙特阿美的投资将支持新动力总成公司的发展，助力合成燃料解决方案和下一代氢动力关键技术的研发。
Aramco’s investment would support the growth of the company, and contribute to key research and development across synthetic fuels solutions and next-gen hydrogen technologies.
吉利和雷诺集团将在新公司中持有相同股权。
It is expected that Geely and Renault Group retain equal equity stakes in the new independent entity.
据悉，新公司在欧洲、亚洲和南美洲拥有17 家动力总成工厂和五个研发中心，将成为独立的全球供应商，每年产能超过500万套，产品包括高效燃油发动机、混合动力发动机、插电式混合动力发动机以及变速箱，将供应130多个国家和地区的市场。
With a global network of 17 powertrain plants and five R&D centers across three continents, the planned company is intended to be a standalone global supplier with a combined capacity of over five million internal combustion, hybrid and plug-in hybrid engines and transmissions per year, supplying over 130 countries and regions.

3月1日，美国汽车零部件供应商博格华纳公司宣布，已完成对湖北追日电气股份有限公司（SSE）的电动汽车解决方案、智能电网和智慧能源业务的收购。
On March 1，BorgWarner Inc. announced that it has completed its acquisition of Hubei Surpass Sun Electric’s (SSE’s) Electric Vehicle Charging Solution, Smart Grid and Smart Energy businesses.
此次收购是博格华纳在亚洲地区开展电气化业务的一项重要举措，并将有望完善博格华纳在欧洲和北美的现有充电业务版图。
The acquisition is an important move for BorgWarner’s electrification business in Asia and is expected to complement the company's existing charging footprint in Europe and North America.
博格华纳表示，相信此次收购是公司在电气化转型之路上极具商业价值的战略决策，将助力博格华纳提升其在充电领域的专业能力，拓展业务范围，并进一步把握电气化转型带来的机遇。
BorgWarner said it believe SSE is an excellent strategic fit as BorgWarner bolsters its charging expertise and footprint, capitalizing on the profound industry shift towards electrification.
